The free breakfast was decent and the complimentary coffee was a good pick-me-up. The location was very convenient, just a short walk away from the train station and bus stops. there was a laundromat nearby, which made it easy to do a quick load of laundry.

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. They were unapproachable and unwilling to answer any questions.

The hotel has an excellent location to all transport options, either in the JR station or close to where a bus to the airport goes. the rooms are small, but efficient and comfortable, with well-made beds and basic amenities. the breakfast buffet is dull, but the coffee is good.
